After an initial discussion with one of our technicians, we can identify whether your issue is fixable over the internet. We will need to confirm some details with you first such as ensuring that your system is able to boot and how fast your internet connection is.
Once we've established the nature of the issue and whether we can access your compuetr reliably we will then provide a cost for applying the fix. If you would like to proceed, we will require payment for the service up front by either Credit or Debit card.
